ShapeMichigan Conference

Join For The Run Of It on Saturday morning at 8am, for a 3-mile training run downtown Grand Rapids, and get FREE Admission to the show! Just meet in the DeVos Place lobby prior to 8am to join in the fun!

Kathy Dale, Club Founder, will organize the run and told us to invite you to join “For the Run of It” members from Grand Haven, Muskegon, Sault Ste Marie, and Grand Rapids. This is a group for beginners, so don’t hesitate. Run with us!
